Joseph Cataldo P.E., Ph.D

Senior Water Resources Engineer and Modeler

Dr. Cataldo is a senior water resources engineer and modeler. He has worked at EDD on a variety of watershed, stormwater, and urban hydrology projects since 2003 and is a NYS Professional Engineer. With over 40 years of applied and academic experience on water resource projects, he is also professor of hydrology and civil engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York, where he manages the Hydraulics Laboratory.
