Elizabeth Troop is an engineer with more than 20 years experience on a variety of water quality and other environmental projects. Ms. Troop’s experience consists of work on a variety of projects in the environmental engineering field. She has been involved in both industrial and municipal projects involving wastewater treatment, hazardous waste, groundwater remediation and landfill leachate. Ms. Troop has worked on both technical and regulatory aspects of many water quality issues. Ms. Troop holds an M.S.E and a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
